Cécilia DuPonté
Founder & Museum Director
Ms.DuPonté founded The Met Museum of UV back in February 2024. She is responsible for for all leadership and coordination of the Museum, including its vision, programming, strategic, fiscal and institutional priorities, as well as local engagement and international relations with partnerships within the community.

Domingo Holleiman
Chairman of the Board of Trustees
As Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Domingo Holleiman provides strategic oversight and governance for The Metropolitan Museum's long-term initiatives and institutional development. Working closely with the Director and Board of Trustees, he helps guide the museum's mission, philanthropic engagement, and organizational growth. Through leadership in partnership cultivation, resource development, and institutional planning, Mr. Holleiman supports the museum's continued commitment to artistic excellence, cultural stewardship, and public engagement.

Chassity Parrish
Director of Museum Strategy
Appointed to Director of Museum Administration in September 2024, Parrish was previously an Executive at many of UV's biggest labels, running events with ease, and professionality. She is an expert in coordination for all events, with her on the team there is nothing less than excellence to expect.

José Perez
Director of Collections and Exhibition Logistics
As the Museum's Director of Collections, Perez oversees the planning, architecture, and construction of the institution's galleries, infrastructure, and workspaces. He is also an integral member of the leadership team dedicated to the Met's operations.

L'Amour Salvatoré
Director of Creative Strategy and Experiential Design
As the Director of Creative Strategy and Experiential Design, Salvatoré leads the artistic vision for The Met’s fashion and exhibition experiences. Overseeing concept development, design innovation, and storytelling, L'Amour ensures that installations merge historical depth with contemporary relevance. By integrating digital media, interactive elements, and cutting-edge presentation techniques, he shapes immersive museum experiences that captivate and inspire global audiences. Collaborating with curators, designers, and technologists, Mr. Salvatoré drives forward-thinking creative strategies that redefine how art and fashion are experienced.

Chiara Rowe N. M. Visconti
Executive Assistant to Cécilia DuPonté, Director of Special Events
As Executive Assistant to Cecelia DuPonte and Director of Special Events, Chiara oversees the planning and execution of The Met’s high-profile institutional functions. She manages executive scheduling, coordination, and communication while leading the development and production of curated special events. Through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, Chiara ensures each experience is seamlessly organized, visually compelling, and aligned with the institution’s creative vision.
